We invite people to invite for the programme, they need to fill out an application form. This is to make sure that we're only talking to people who've got a problem that we can help them with and who are going to be a good fit for our programme and who really want to work with us. It just changes the dynamic making them apply to work with us, rather than them shopping us against different providers.
On the call we can go through where they are now, where they want to go, and what challenges they're facing and then talk through how we might be able to help them with that. If there's a good fit, then we can offer to enrol them in the programme, and we can sign them up on the call.
